I was broken…

Truthfully, I was nowhere I wanted to be. It started downhill when I was trying to compete for a fitness competition; working two hours a day in the gym, eating strict - being told I have to lost X amount of weight in two weeks or else pull out. My body went under so much stress and I made it sick.
